Trip Programme.

This page displays information about the Club Trip Programme. The Programme is produced a month in advance, so please check back regularly for updates.

Those intending to paddle down to Corbridge / Riding Mill should access river at the white post. Groups should be no more than 6 boats and groups at least half an hour apart

All Club trips follow British Canoe Union safety guidelines and are subject to risk assessment. Where a paddling standard is given, this is a guideline and paddlers with relevant experience will be considered. Because places may be limited please register with the contact beforehand to ensure that adequate coaching/leading cover is in place. Please also remember to wear thermals, fleece layers and dry cag/trousers/wetsuit. Bring food and a hot drink. All trips meet at Tyne Green, Hexham at 10-30, unless you are notified otherwise. Children must have HCC parental carer/consent form (download here) and we ask parents and carers to help with transport.
